Our spring was packed with exciting events that not only brought our team closer but also showcased our expertise in the real estate industry. We kicked things off at the RPAC Comedy Show in Canton, where every comedian had us in stitches, cracking jokes about real estate, life, and beyond. Who knew realtors were so funny? (We did!)

And then our C&J family took to Urban Escape Rooms for some friendly competition and raced to escape our respective rooms (mainly to get back to the office for chips and queso). It was a fantastic day of teamwork and problem-solving, with everyone bringing their A-game to crack codes, decipher clues, and work together in creative ways. The experience not only strengthened our bonds as a team but also highlighted our ability to collaborate effectively and think outside the box, qualities that define us in the real estate world.

Our closing attorney Bonnie Timms taught several License Law and Ethics CE Classes this spring, which were engaging and fun. Yes, you read that right. Join us at one of Bonnie’s CE Classes to see for yourself just how fun ethics can be.

Spring really brought out the best in real estate, with lots of successful C&J closings to show for it. We love to highlight a “Closing of the Month” on social media to showcase the amazing realtors who make dreams come true for their clients.

Last week, we teed off at the CAOR Golf Tournament, where we tested our swing skills and networked on the green. We sponsored the “Closest to the Pin” hole and enjoyed watching all of our realtor friends give it their best shot. We had golf goodies for all of the players and danced our way through 18 holes of golf.

Looking ahead to summer, we're excited about the upcoming events, networking opportunities, and continued success in serving our clients.
