Keeping it Reel
This year, we made social media a priority—and had a blast doing it! From quick tips to behind-the-scenes glimpses of our team, we posted a total of 106 Reels. Our biggest project? Our Wizard of Oz-themed content day, where the whole team went all-in on costumes to remind everyone that there really is no place like at-home. Between painting faces green and clicking ruby slippers, it was definitely a day to remember. Social media has given us a chance to show the fun side of real estate and connect with our community in a new way, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going with even more creative ideas!

Supporting Real Estate Pros with Classes by Bonnie Timms
Helping agents stay informed is something we truly value, and we like to have a little fun while doing it! Attorney Bonnie Timms has always taught CE classes in License Law and Real Estate Ethics, but this year, she added GAR Contract Changes to the mix. Through these sessions, Bonnie shared the latest updates and practical insights that make it easier for agents to support their clients with confidence. We’re grateful to play a role in our community’s growth, providing tools and knowledge that help make each transaction a little smoother for everyone involved.

Bonding with Our Community
This year, we’ve had so many chances to dive into the heart of the real estate community—showing up, hosting, and connecting with the people who make this industry great. From golf tournaments and happy hours to membership meetings and Cherokee Check-Ins, we made it a priority to stay engaged and have a little fun along the way. We’re big believers in supporting our associations and staying active in the real estate world, but we also believe in keeping things fun. Whether it was teeing off for a good cause or catching up with friends over drinks, every event brought us closer to our community.

Exciting Events Ahead!
We’re looking forward to wrapping up the year with more great events. November and December are packed with gatherings we’re excited to be part of, from holiday-themed mixers to year-end celebrations with our associations. These events are a chance to reconnect, celebrate, and toast to all the hard work done throughout the year.
